The man who has become one of the most prominent surgeons of all time is no other than Dr. Robert Cattani, he is a cosmetic surgeon who has been in the industry for almost 30 years. He is very in demand not just in this country but also in other countries in the world; he is always being invited to speak for a number of congregations, seminars, workshops and conferences that pertains to the field of cosmetic surgery. Robert has more than 25 years of extensive and intensive experience in the profession; he committed his entire life to provide his pool of clients the best results possible. But Dr. Cattani didn’t just become the man of the hour in a few days time; he had to sacrifice a lot of things so that he could fully reach his goals and aspirations in life. Having a diplomat status was one of his initial goals in life, and he knew in the very beginning that having this title is no easy task. When Robert decided to finally work for the title, he was asked the Board of Cosmetic Surgeons to do three things; the first is to commit five years in private practice.
Robert Cattani said yes in a heartbeat, he sacrificed his personal time just to be able to have the thing he wanted most. When he was done with the 5 years in practice, the board then told him that the next step is a lot more crucial, he has to be able to successfully perform 1000 operations on 1000 patients. Again, Dr. Cattani didn’t seem to be bothered by what was required from him, and then went on to perform the duty that was given. By the time he has finished the operations on a huge number of patients, only then he was given the final requirement which is to ace the written and oral examinations. Since Robert is very much dedicated to what he wants, he was able to pass all the requirements with perfect ease.
Today, Robert Cattani doesn’t just have the Senior Diplomat status, he has also been appointed to become the Board’s Vice President in 1997 all the way to 2003, and he held this significant position for more than 7 years. He also participated in the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and also he had high positions as well in the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. He has traveled from one country to another doing seminars, conferences, attending workshops, and even performing operations for other patients. Over the years, Dr. Cattani became a beacon of hope to a lot of young doctors both here and abroad.
